10/26 - The current turnaround time for all cables is 2-3 weeks
The quality of the cable is exactly what you'd want and the colour match is on point. The delivery window isn't something that they shy away from communicating which is ideal and the updates happen as soon as another step of the process is completed. Would 100% buy again for another keycap set.
Hi Arek, thank you so much for your review!
We're really pleased to hear you're happy with the quality of the cable and that the colours turned out exactly as you'd hoped.
We also really appreciate you mentioning the communication throughout the build process. Keeping customers updated every step of the way is something we put a lot of emphasis on, so it's great to hear that made a difference.
Thanks again for your support, and we'd love to build another cable for your next keycap set whenever you're ready!

I had a couple of combinations in mind and Cablelab sent me preview photos for all of them, with some extra ones as well. My cable took 2 weeks to arrive from the day that I ordered it. The colours match what was in the preview. The coil is firm and high quality. Its radius is just a bit smaller than what I expected, so I would suggest the preview photos include a full sized cable as well to get a better sense of size.
Overall the service was great, Ryan was very communicative and helpful throughout the process and the end product is what I wanted.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review!
We're really pleased to hear you're happy with the finished cable and that the preview photos helped you find the combination you were looking for.
Thank you as well for the feedback about the preview photos. That's a really good suggestion, and we'll definitely look at including a full-length cable in future sample images to give a better sense of the coil size and proportions.
Thanks again for your support. It was a pleasure helping you with your build, and we hope to make another cable for you in the future!

This was my first time ordering a custom cable from anywhere, and I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. I reached out to Ryan who addressed my concerns, made recommendations, and showed me examples of what I was asking for. When the cable arrived it was exactly as I was expecting, and high quality. I'm very happy with my purchase, and will be purchasing again.
Thank you for leaving a review!

It's great to hear the cable met your expectations, both in terms of appearance and quality.
