Let customers speak for us
The quality of the cable is exactly what you'd want and the colour match is on point. The delivery window isn't something that they shy away from communicating which is ideal and the updates happen as soon as another step of the process is completed. Would 100% buy again for another keycap set.
I had a couple of combinations in mind and Cablelab sent me preview photos for all of them, with some extra ones as well. My cable took 2 weeks to arrive from the day that I ordered it. The colours match what was in the preview. The coil is firm and high quality. Its radius is just a bit smaller than what I expected, so I would suggest the preview photos include a full sized cable as well to get a better sense of size.
Overall the service was great, Ryan was very communicative and helpful throughout the process and the end product is what I wanted.
This was my first time ordering a custom cable from anywhere, and I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. I reached out to Ryan who addressed my concerns, made recommendations, and showed me examples of what I was asking for. When the cable arrived it was exactly as I was expecting, and high quality. I'm very happy with my purchase, and will be purchasing again.
Cable labs were brilliant. My custom coil cable looks amazing on my desk, it’s made to such a high quality and you can tell that Ryan really knows what he is doing. Highly recommend!
Bought a cable to neaten up my set up. I must say that they make beautiful cables and they have great customer service I am sure I will be buying from them again; there were too many options to pick from and I want another one.
Item came quickly and very high quality. Slight error in the order due to an error on my part but the team were very helpful and quick to offer a solutiom for tbis. Exvellent service and would order again.
Amazing Service and fantastic product.
Ryan was super helpful and answered questions and helped me choose the right cable, when it arrived it was stunning - really yes you can get excited about a cable, when it looks like this you can.
will definitely be using them again when i need another kb cable
Fantastic cable, serious attention to detail, couldn't have asked for more. I've caught my partner eyeing it up, so there's a good chance I'll be back soon for her cable too!
Cablelab were fantastic. Bought their Blacklist cable, and they were very flexible with the custom specification I wanted (USB-C on both host and device end, LED only on device end). Ryan specifically assured me that what I wanted was possible, which makes a massive change from other companies that can be so antagonistic to any sort of customisation requests.
Cable arrived promptly, really high quality. Absolutely chuffed.
Ryan has been great to me, we had an issue with my coil coming un done shortly after purchasing
I reached out to Ryan, he not only let me keep the old one but made a brand new one and even allow me to make amendments as I didn’t feel the colour was what I wanted.
I’m pretty nit picky with these things, but I can say the materials are very high quality, and can tell Ryan is passionate about the brand. Will definitely purchase again if I ever need such an item. If you spend a lot of time at your desk like I do it’s a no brainer to put the extra money into something like this.
This was the only place I could find cables long enough for my set up and Cable lab completely nailed my design and requests.
It has made life so much easier for me and I think it is more than worth the price.
I have so much going on for streaming and decorating my desk, that this wire is perfect.
Quality is spot on, delivery was perfect, if your thinking of buying, I would more than recommend Cablelab.
Picked up a device side cable to go with my setup and matches perfectly. Same great quality as expected and is easy to switch between cables as needed.
This is my second complete cable and the quality is just as good as the first. Looks great and works perfectly!
Beautiful cable. I can tell that care was put into making my custom cable. Highly recommend.
The product is really fantastic and looks stunning. I made a mistake with my order, and this was not an issue for the guys, who sorted everything straight away, without any questions. Fabulous!!!
